Not sure if you saw how the sales and events go, you have a calendar in the Announcements forums with all events and we have two days in the week that are amazing for shopping: Wednesdays are Something Old Something New, designers select products (old or new) that are on sale all day only that day at half price-
then on Fridays we have the New Releases - Once a month, the first Friday of the Month (TODAY YAY!!!!!!) we have the BUILD YOUR OWN COLLECTION- all designers create with one palette which means you can buy packs from different designers that you can use in your pages as if they come from the same kit!!!
You can Buy More and Save More with the BYOC this weekend, if you have a look at it HERE it is explained :)
Also if you complete the challenges during the month, you will get in the end a coupon for discount for the month after!!!
There are also designers blog challenges which you can make pages and win coupons, and we have chats, chats with speed pr slow scraps, you get coupons on those too :)
If you want any more explanations, just tag me or you can send a pm, or just post in the forums, there is always one of us here to answer!!!! This community is like a family to so many of us, I am sure you will feel the same!!!

Hi, I am new to digital art (if thats what its even called), scrapbooking, journaling, etc. I have no idea where to start. Do I have to have photoshop, or is there another program. I searched for some tutorials on here, but I don’t even know what the tutorials are talking about. Any help, advice, websites would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Welcome Tiffany! Welcome! This is a very helpful place to learn! Have patience this weekend though; it's a little crazy with our international Scrapbooking Day festivities (which last a week!).

You don't have to have Photoshop; it's just the most popular.

Browse around for a while and keep asking questions. Have fun!

Hi !! I scrap using iPad Pro sometimes. But I most use Photoshop.

Welcome Tiffany to the Lily Pad! Which program do you use? A lot of us use Photo Shop or Photo Shop Elements, but we do have people here in the community that use Craft Artist or Craft Artisan, Paint Shop Pro and others. Let us know and we will be more than happy to help you :) Welcome to the pad!
