Description
Journaling: "We were happy after coming back from Scotland, to create our version of Haggis Taties & Neeps in Burger format. To make it real brief, we use ground beef, ground lamb, Irish steel cut oats, beer, and other spices and make it in to a patty, cook it, and top it with a cheddar cheese slice. The Tatties are Mashed Potatoes mixed with mashed parsnips, and Neeps are mashed rutabagas. Top that with a beer-Delicious!"

First off, you were such an incredible blessing to me today. I can not even thank you enough for being the best hostess in the whole world!! I was a nervous mess and you were so so calm!! Thank you again. I adore your page, and how you did a recipe but not in the ordinary recipe format! just so original, and yummy too!
