** My son also plays volleyball in his Senior school team. Earlier this year he lost one of his team mates to suicide. Last weekend another one of his team mates attempted suicide. He sent a goodbye message to the team. The boys worked together, figured out he was at his Dad's and called the police/ambulance and the young man was saved. Buddy has not been able to visit this week as yet due to restrictions but he had a football game and wanted to honour his friend so he wrote his nickname on his wrist and played for him. He didn't score the second goal but he set it up and he was happy with that. You could see the fire and passion the whole time he was on the pitch. In the combined pic the top shot is him kissing his wrist after the goal was scored. He was very happy I got that pic as he specifically asked me to take my camera on the night. I had no idea what he had in mind. I am proud that he works through his emotions and doesn't let them fester, that he shows the people he cares about how important they are to him. The best part though... BCFC were 5th and SWQ were 1st so it they weren't expected to win. BCFC are now 4th **
