ohhh I hear you!!! I am Brazilian, lived in the north east for years...then I traveled and moved around...ended up in England.... in the beginning all I brought inside the house died...but then I got some help from a stall holder at the local market...she told me which kind of plants would live in my house all winter...I'm not sure which ones will adapt to Canadian weather, but I ll find out the names of some that survived most my winters, maybe you can have a go? beautiful page...love the simplicity of it, and the journaling in blue...love it!!!
