- JOURNALING: 1. Jim and I took Beaux D to the University Small Animal Hospital on February 28 to have neuter surgery the following day and to take a biopsy from a growth on his rear end. Concern was the growth was cancerous - prior needle aspirations had proven inconclusive. 2. We picked him up and brought him home on Saturday - wearing the “cone of shame”. GOOD NEWS - Beaux D does NOT have cancer; the growth should shrink on its own. 3. He’s doing great! Whew!!!
