white screen of death

messy is good! no idea about later versions of photoshop, but many a time i have sworn at the nasty white screen...
i esp love the handwritten note in the corner!

I could have made this exact layout. I can't tell you how many times I saw this message in CS3 for the many years I used it. It seemed I never learned my lesson either. I upgraded to CS6 a couple months ago and it has auto save. My computer has shut down on me from the power going out several times and every time I boot back up my page pops right back up for me. not sure about the earlier ones but CS6 has auto save and it has been worth every penny for that feature alone.

I like that you scrapped this. Life is about the good and bad moments so bravo for including those annoying, not so fun, moments.

Oh dear! There is nothing worse when you're cruising along and the mojo is flowing you're making a page that you love and then BAM! ...you're screwed. I love that you scrapped about this. 20 years from now there will probably be instant saves all the time and the crashing and lost work will be a thing of the past. (I can hope, right?)

Love this , a friend of mine made a note to him self : get up and drink water, and save work......it is stuck to his computer .
