Ah, what a lovely story to tell. During the pandemic I bought Bisquick to make the biscuits my mother made, covered with strawberries and added milk. This was strawberry shortcake as I grew up with it.
Great storytelling with awesome photos to match. I always thought Welsh Rarebit had something to do with rabbit and I'm so glad it doesn't! Love your little accents to go along with your great imagery.
