I don't want to think about how much time I spent reading up on landscape astrophotography and the Milky Way before I finally captured the galactic core for the first time. All the research and unsuccessful attempts made it so, when the stars aligned for me (pun intended), I didn't even have to think.
Despite having never attempted a moon & Milky Way shot before, I nailed this one perfectly on the first try. With the mist in the air, the tiny sliver of a moon looks like a full orb.
Amazing photo and beautiful kit to scrap it with I love the edging here and that gorgeous photo! So glad after all your research, studying and new camera you did it! Amazing accomplishment! TFS!
@carrie1977 - if our kitchen was designed to be used, I might have baked a bit more. I did technically take up canning sometime between 2020 and now but I can't remember when.
