Journaling: Robert got a gift card at Kastanjelund for his birthday and we used it on our 23rd wedding anniversary. We got lucky and had Ellinor serving us, she is so good at her job! First we had some chanterelle soup, then some beet carpaccio with walnuts. The main dish was duck with polenta and parsnip and for dessert a chocolate mousse with mulberries. So tasty, all of it! A great evening!
