It says . . .
I am a textbook introvert. Too much external stimulation exhausts me. I like to talk, to share, and participate. But I can only handle it in small doses. Being alone with my thoughts and my solitary activities is what relaxes me and energizes me. I'm not shy or unfriendly or weird. I just prefer being alone.
