This photo is especially very near and dear to my mother's heart, since it shows one of the last times that she was able to hold her father's hand before his passing. He suffered from Alzheimer's disease and during our visits at his care home he always loved holding our hands and played with the rings and bracelets we were wearing on them.
To create this layout I used the bundle "Treasury" by Sabrina's Creations and Sara Gleason.
