For the Random February Challenge, I re-scrapped Jan.27 MOC Challenge: Paper to Digi. I really enjoyed learning the "peek-a-boo" paper technique. The trick now is to use the technique often enough to commit it to memory! Thanks to Just Jaimee for the video tutorial.
