Ugly Sweater Party

Description
Created for MOC 10 Day 2 - Then and Now

Journaling:
My theme for this years ugly sweater party was a "CVS-mas tree." I used CVS receipts as garland and paper snowflakes, then made a skirt and hair bow using CVS plastic bags! It won me 2nd place at the party, and CVS reached out to me on twitter because they loved it too! So much in fact, they sent me a $20 gift card!
