i love the fabric bow on the tag with that glam hat bow! i don't know why stripey witches hats haven't caught on yet! the fabric scallops look great to soften the linear look too! (and ?charlotte looks fabulous as usual!)

I want to know how you got your cat to wear a costume. 3 of our 4 cats will wear collars and I've managed to get them in bandanas, but hat and cape?!? Either you have the world's most patient cat or it's a stuffed animal. LOL. The contrasting diagonal of your side stripe draws the eye straight to your wonderful kitty. Nice work!
