Love the "twist" to your page title! I haven't experienced this yet, but have talked to my older sister about it. I'm sure it's coming sooner than later! Love the openness of your journal! (And love that you have your "best friend" to get you through those hard days!)
Love the title for the page. I was lucky and somehow managed to not have the hot flashes, but I can relate to all the other symptoms. Wonderful journaling - love your message. And love the photo with your "best friend"! I also love the pops of yellow and pink against the darker colour scheme!
