Translation:
This is an ordinary little plastic bead. Salmon colored with a touch of shine. In money it's worthless. I was given it by a friend that I haven't had contact with for many years. I was about 15-16 years old when she gave it to me. I did see it was a worthless pearl, but in her eyes I saw that she gave me something that was valuable for her. Her parents had a whole bunch of kids, and none of the got much things. They weren't rich in any way, and for her this pearl was a huge thing. I learned that day that things have a completely different value than money. This pearl is loaded with so much love, I still keep it in my jewelry box, 40 years later.
