he is so so beautiful..... the page makes him even more beautiful, you have such a gift, so creative and talented.....the papers combio is amazing of course shadows are wonderful.... great that he at least had a reasonably good time...drinking fro the cup is a great step ....now...what would have happened if you did not go home? I ask as I am now finding myself wishing I did all those things (more discipline, more niot giving in) as I think I wouldn't be having so much trouble with Sarita right now ...(we are in therapy...so just you get an idea) . would he have made it impossible to stay? You can tell me to mind my own business... or have a shoulder if you are exhausted and want to vent...you know that, right? Love the page, all over, perfection
@MrsPeel I hear you! We did actually stay a bit - at least we did NOT leave when he told us too, we try not to "give in" but it was already well past his bed time and we did not want to push it too far. He had lasted longer than usual. His main line right now is to pitch an all out fit - complete with ear piercing screeches - which is why we have had trouble at church - when he is hungry or tired is the worst. So just after church he often is ready to eat now - and a snack won't do - so he has pitched his fit and we get "the look" from all those people who are better parents than us - if you know what I mean - which is why we just don't go anywhere that often to be honest. he is much needier than the first too were, but then he has been in and out of the hospital quite a bit too, so i don't know. He is getting better, but honestly most of the time it is just easier for me to stay home - I cannot physically pick him up because of my back, so unless hubby is there, if he lays down to throw a fit all I can do is stand there and wait for it to end.
oh I know.... I couldn't pick Sarita up for longer than 10 minutes and when we lived in Brazil (which meant Church was sometimes more than twice a week) she was so stressed out that I had to take her out and calm her down...how old is he? I remember the worse tantrum Sarita had was at her God Mothers' father's funeral..... I couldn't not stay in the Church longer than 15 minutes (the service was a bit over an hour, which I understand if she had tantrum in the end...but no...it was right after 15 minutes!!! LOL I was lucky it was a very smal village and everyone knew her and loved her.....
LOL of course!!!!!! having you as parents helps ... all toddlers are a bit picky, some more than others... and Sarita who was one of those difficult ones in some situations, turned up quiet well, if you forget how lazy and procastinator she is on house chores LOL (she isnt like that for anything else!!!)
