Journaling: Dec. 2012 Dad’s house...I only lived here for about 7 months. My parents moved here in 1988 and I moved with them but went back to NY in 1989. Even though it was not the house I grew up in, and Mom was only around for 2 years in this house, it always felt like home. It really hurt the most when we sold it, after Dad’s passing. The house in NY, I lived in for 27 years, but somehow this house was HOME to me when I visited.
