I made a window out of the requisite arch. The arch template can be found here.
I used...hmm...flowers by A Labau MPM Discovery; bird by Etc. by Danyale; sunburst by A Wolff; sky background by Kim Jensen; multi-colored wood by Etc. by Danyale; and solid grain by A Pennington; ivy by Captivated Visions.
I have opened this 5 times already. I love you played and painted and did such a glorious page, it is a stunner. I had much anticipation to what your heart would create, and you totally rocked me! Thank you so much for playing along!
@AnneofAlamo you always have the nicest things to say! Thank you so much. This was by far one of the funnest challenges. As soon as I saw AJ style I happy danced.
wow, this is so incredible. i can't stop staring at it. totally 100% love the stained glass look you created and the little extras to make it real are amazing!
@flowersgal Embossing in photoshop was the trick! I used the magic wand to tool to quickly select the panes in the window. Easy to do with the thick black lines of the line drawing. I "cut" those selections from wood paper by Etc. by Danyale. I ran emboss on those cut selections to give the appearance of depth. Photoshop is amazing; it did the work. Through shadow and light, photoshop made a 2D image look 3D.
