The dolls were made by my husband's grandmother, they look just like Cabbage Patch dolls but better because they were made with so much love. They're in my basement, alongside the Arc of the Covenant.

This is a beautiful page @trekmom! The dolls looked so much bigger in the first photo :) How great that you have saved them! I agree, thank goodness for photos that show the change of time that is easily forgotten. I love the colors on the paint with the touch of red. Thanks for participating!

Awwww I love those photos!! I need to scrap something like this. I have been in my house for 32 years and have had similar changes. Such a great idea!!

@Annsofie Thank you, I was really lazy and refused to retreat to my basement and find the dolls so I extracted them. Time just marches on whether we like it or not!
@jam-on-toast Thank you so very much! It does feel weird. Maybe when we've remodeled the whole house, we'll move.
