@Karen I wasn't even born yet... LOL!! I think this is the 50's when Malaysia was known as Malaya under the British. No one could tell me the story behind this photo.
@misslovescraps I thought maybe it was an older photo, but I wasn't sure if you had just changed it to B&W. What a bummer to not know the history of that great photo though! Makes me glad I scrap as much as I do so maybe in the future my kids won't have that problem.
