JOURNALING: This is a fantastic fourteen-foot-tall animatronic goose created by Maurice Sendak in 1986 for the staging of The Goose of Cairo, a comic opera by Mozart. 3/1/23

That is an AMAZING goose! Needless to say, it DOMINATES the room. The Sendak exhibition was VERY interesting. I had no idea he was so prolific.
