Now I will have to look up the film, as I have missed that one. I do like the shared experience throughout the world, that a sound, or smell can stir something, and bring back the memories of something that you didn't remember you knew. Thanks for scrapping with me.

I've got The Commitments film on DVD. I just took it out to rewatch it. Thanks for reminding me.

@mcurtt Oh, that's cool! I tried to find it on my streaming services, but it didn't seem to be available. I don't even have a DVD player anymore! Computers don't even come with them anymore.

@scrapchyck I have a DVD/Blue Ray player hooked up to my TV. I even have several working VHS players around, with one of them also a separate component hooked up to the TV. Yes, my laptop doesn't have a DVD slot, but I needed one, so I purchased an external CD/ DVD unit that connects to my laptop via a USB. They aren't very expensive, $20 - $25.

I remember this movie too. I saw it on TV long time ago and I loved the music. Wonderful page and your photo with your old TV is so cool. Wonderful take on the challenge.
