Great page and wow to the journaling Michele! :) Love that adorable photo of your young man then and the cluter of elements and papers. Love that yellow glow there at the bottom too. So very sweet. Speed scrapping today wasn't in the cards, not when I'm stuck at work. But I was browsing thru the gallery and happened on yours. The series sounds interesting, the photo is perfectly captured. :-) And your journaling is amazing. When you commented about liking journaling, you really meant it. Great page.

@Cherylndesigns @mcurtt Thank you! I actually did the journaling earlier in the morning. I saw someone's else's review of the book on Goodreads and it inspired me to write one of my own. While writing mine, to help with the date details, I looked for photos taken during the times I was reading the books (around 2010 to 2014), which inspired me to consider the subject for this afternoon's speed scrap. :D

Lol I saw this in the gallery & now I'm wondering if it was me on Goodreads that 'sparked' this! (<See what I did there? Haven't got book 2 yet, sidetracked by TLP book club) i saw the movie on Netflix the other week too after reading it (would never have imagined Bill Murray as mayor but now I will picture him as mayor going fwd!)
