I have come to dislike this trunk and all that it represents. This weekend brings the big move back to your dorm room as you begin your second semester of Freshman Year. How is it possible winter break has come to an end already? Yet as hard as this is, I need to let you go.
You are excited to leave, eager to start the new semester, and to see your friends again. And the fact that you are ready for this, makes letting you go just a tiny little bit easier.

Oh, this journaling is awesome, and I love the focus on this trunk. Hugs to you, mom. It's a bittersweet time for sure. So glad you scrapped it.
