Oh that looks sooo yummy hun and love how you've scrapped this. It looks liks 'spekkoek' (how we call it), it like this traditional indonesian cake, right?

Petra, that spekkoek is called the Kueh Lapis. It is a cake-cake.
Whereas this 9-layer cake is more like for snack.

Fun layout.  I made a 7-layer cake before, but yours looks so much cleaner than mine.
