Hi! Everyone!...Thank You! Rachel for the lovely template...It is a keeper for sure!...
I felt that this template was the perfect opportunity and design, to scrap a page about the first winter storm of 2025 , that we had here where I live...And since this is the first winter that I am spending in my new place , I really wanted to document it somehow...But unbeknown to me , I was unaware that there was gonna be such a blizzard on this particular evening...I was sleeping and was awoken by my window rattling and I heard some loud banging too...That woke me up!...It was so dark outside...Like pitch black dark!...It was rather... dark and creepy!...I never did find out why I heard that loud bang outside either...I took a few nice photos and a video as well for posterity!...The layout style was a bit different for me, a little departure from my usual style , sort of...Well,it started out as a white space layout...but the nature of the picture and the subject matter, being a dark creepy storm , I felt like it needed a more busy, chaotic , collage style layout...and that is more like my usual "fill the page" style layout...But it was fun to create a bit more of a messy , chaotic , a bit more of an artistic style and that lent even more to the photo and subject matter in question!...At least it did to me...
When it's late at night and so still outside the snow can be really mesmerising but thumbs down for the fright and bang!. You are so welcome for the template, I'm glad you enjoyed creating with it. And thank you, for shopping, commenting, sharing and creating on my special day, I appreciate it so much.
Beautiful page and lovely use of the template Rhonda. I know how scary those storms can be with the wind blowing etc. Glad you could express it here on canvas to document your first snow.. I am ready for warm weather and Spring. We have cold here, thankfully with little or no snow. I feel bad for my friends on Long Island NY with close to 3 feet! Lovely blending too and love the photo of your first snow. Thanks for sharing and playing along with the February Template Challenge!
