I think that Mixed Media Scrapbooking can be such a fun way to disguise lesser quality photos. This was a still from a video, so the lighting and sharpness isn't great and after adjusting the lighting a lot of the colour was washed out.

I clipped it to a mixed media element and did some extra blending with papers and what not, it was a fun and fast way to blend into the background.

The paper just so happened to have tan areas in the right spots to mimic sand. I love watching my hubby and little love pottering around in the shallow water seeking shells and pebbles. Happy Days
