Week ONE Get SKinny Requirements:
1. ONE item or alpha or text, but ONE item must be STRETCHED out of proportion: stretched 'winter' and snowman
2. Take a few elements and SHRINK them down smaller than usual and place them: real little snowflakes.
3. Blend some paints onto your background page: blended papers and different paints.
Week TWO Get Skinny Requirements:
1. The word WARM - use word art, font, or an alpha or combine for extra woo hoo credit from me!: combined different alpha's.
2. you must have something edible (food or drink) on your skinny
3. a part of the anatomy of a human: carrot
ex:nose, eye, half a doll, but you can NOT have a whole body...must be part! : legs
4. hand drawn something on your skinny: a few hearts
WEEK THREE Get Skinny Requirements: -REQUIRED: At least 3 things repeated 3 different ways. (total of 9 different things) You can do more of these if you dare:
sun: stitched, sticker, metal
summer: font, alpha, tab
flowers: real flower, painted flower, stitched flower
Any elements you use (after required 9), must be used 3 times. (you can pass completely on this part, but if you use an element once, you must use it 3 times.)
flipflops: drawn elements + metal
stars: painted(art), paper, glitter
butterfly:3 elements
Arrow: sticker, painted, flair
WEEK FOUR Get Skinny Requirements: 1. Look at your past 3 skinnys. If you had WARM colors dominant, choose a cool color and create with that! If you used COOL colors to begin with...go warm! If you used both, guess! lol Not recommended in exercising, but hey we are digital right?
After 2 yellow, I choose for cool blue again (my Original idea was orange)
2. the word cool, yep somewhere, anywhere on your 4th skinny
did this ;-)
3. A PHOTO must be used and made B&W. You can crop this anyway you want.
a picture made in autumn of my two boys. Added a bit of hue to make the B&W less hard.
4. only ONE element (ONE)MUST BE an OPPOSITE dominant color of this week's skinny.
It became the one orange leaf.
It's a great idea that you dedicated a season to each skinny. It all blends so well together. And I love how a tiny leaf or flower touches the next skinny! So playful!
