My best summer spent raising a monarch butterfly and I have another one waiting to change.

@Ferdy Yes, I did, I plants lots of milkweed in my yard. The flowers are gorgeous. It's not a weed. My local mom and pop nursery sells it. I even saw the orange ones at the Home Depot and had to resist buying more. My second caterpillar is now hanging upside-down like a candy cane, going into chrysalis mode. I try not to look at that, it makes me nervous. Thank you. The monarchs are endangered again. I wish I could do more. @designbylime Thank you very much. I feel delighted to help mother nature.

My second monarch is home and getting ready to leave the chrysalis, my son is on watch as I am not home.
