This looks beyond delicious! I am a green smoothie believer!! (80 pound lost) with exercise too. lol! I love how beautiful it looks together! I tell ya, you can double those greens! tee hee and the lighting on the glass, does indeed add tothe sunshine feel!
I have to agree with Anne. That smoothie looks SO good! Love your use of color and the layered paper/ribbon strips duplicate the layered fruit/greens in the glass. Perfect!
What a great photo and journaling and topic!! Can you try flax seed and oatmeal? not sure if they are gluten free (if that is what you are avoiding) my favorite breakfast is cooking 1/2 cup oatmeal in 1 cup water in microwave 1 minute, then adding frozen blueberries cook 45 seconds and then eating it mixed w/ chobani vanilla yogurt......by the way that drink looks delicious!!
