Journaling:
After days of dreary, overcast weather with occasional rain, our last morning in Venice dawned clear and bright. It actually worked out perfectly, because the vaporetto to the airport took us all the way around the island. It was a prime sightseeing and photography opportunity, and all of us snapped away. While I took most of the photos on this page, Madeline took the flags photo and the blue gondola parked outside the yellow building.
