Created for NBK Design's iNSD 2025 Blind Scrap Challenge at TLP
The directions for the challenge required a horizontal photo and that is hard to find in my stash! I tend to take pictures with a vertical orientation. This has inspired me to try to capture more scenes with the horizontal orientation, so I have options!
Oh look at all of those duckies lined up in a row!! lol! I tend to gravitate to vertical photos as well so using a horizontal one occasionally adds to our creativity I think, and you have done a brilliant job here. I love the textured background paper you chose which adds to the horizontal design and the row of flowers is just the icing on the cake so to speak! Fabulous page!
@wombat146 That was not the paper I was originally going to use, but then I kept digging. That was a real find! I love that you called them "duckies" because I don't suppose the Canada Geese make their way to Tasmania very often. Thanks for your kind words on this page...means a lot since it's not my norm!
The bg paper lends itself perfectly to your lined up ducks/geese with the horizontal perspective. Very lovely job and the dimension on your shadows is superb.
@scrapchyck Too cold for them down here in the south, but on the mainland, right up in the north end, like Queensland and Northern Territory there are crocs for sure. When it floods up there you don't go into any flood water if you are close to the sea! lol!
@wombat146 oh my goodness...no thanks! I don't even want to go to Florida and other US southern states because of the alligators. And wherever komodo dragons are...not going there!
@*sylvia* Thanks for the fun challenge! I kind of covered up the yellow flowers in the photo, but that was the inspiration for the border. Nicole has some of the neatest realistic flowers for sure.
