I love working on a tilt, so this was a lot of fun.
I am struggling right now to get back into my fitness routine. Part of it is location, as it's not as easy as I need it to be to get to the gym. I am trying not to beat myself up too much...I'll get there.
OMG! I hear you girl! I found my perfect dieting plan... I can totally do the sarcasm regime. I do the 1.5 hours yoga a week, and don't eat after 6, and need 10 kilos to move... and it's not happening. One thing I didn't try now is scrapping about it, maybe that could help... stay strong... I don't know if knowing you are not alone in that struggle helps, but I am there, possibly half a world away in the snowy Alps, trying to eat less, move more, exercise and so on, thinking of you now.
@zinzilah Your comment means so much. It's good to know that half a world away there is someone, trying to move more, eat less and get it done! Thinking of you too my love x
yeah it's a familiar feeling here too - i can't remember if i've already asked you guys specifically but we have a somewhat informal TLP fitbit group and timezone wise it's a bit all over the place but it keeps me moving - keep up the good work and scrapping both of you @zinzilah & Claire - i believe good things come to those who perservere
OH my gosh! Ha ha ha! I love the sarcasm card you've added on here and with your photo. I WISH! I totally feel ya on the gym too. Thankfully I have a work out buddy that makes me go on those days when I'd rather not... especially now that it's getting yucky and cold outside here in Michigan. I have no doubt you'll persevere in your goals! You rock!
Such a cute page, Claire. I am with you in that - trying to get to that exercising thing...so hard to begin and maintain a new habit - especially if it is a healthy habit. Good luck to us both!!
I love the comments here @bellbird@Karen@Lillyia - I just fell off of the wagon and without a car yet in Florida it has been SUPER hard. I ride my bike to and from the gym and the to part is ok, the from, after beastmode working out, is SO a hard nope. I love working out, so I am reverting to my spinbike at home, but I am a deadlifter and I MISS lifting heavy stuff!
I love the angle too! I have been telling myself to myself on my treadmill…. Still trying to convince myself even though I know its what is best for me.
