Holy cow! Please tell me those are sculptures or man made! Those are huge mussel shells! I'm so intrigued! I love the white washed wood BG - it's perfect for the sea life page!
@jk703 those where made for the museum we visited yesterday. It’s called ‘Neeltje Jans’ and it’s in Zeeland, the Netherlands. It’s surrounded with beach & salt water. And worldwide very famous because of the ‘Deltawerken’ they protect our tiny country against the water of the sea
They are very cool looking and look so real in the pictures - at least of mussels that we see on the east coast NJ of US. I'm going to google the Neeltje Jans, and Deltawerken! Sounds so interesting!
