My page is all about rebuilding my endurance and strength. January and February are always the hardest months for me, things that usually feel effortless, like working out or taking long walks, suddenly become a struggle in winter. So, my goal is to slowly but steadily regain my fitness and strength, ensuring that when summer arrives, I can fully enjoy those long hikes again, without feeling like I’m battling myself.
