Spent Roses

I bought these roses because they were the only bouquet in the store that had scent. They were all beautiful, but had absolutely no smell to them at all. Fortunately these were such a gorgeous peachy pink. Took them home, arranged them in a vase, and put them on the table. I kept walking by them, and saying to myself, “Those are so beautiful, I really need to photograph them.” Came down one morning, and they were shedding their petals. I knew I had to work fast. Grabbed several photos in various light. I think they came out wonderful.
