Description:
original recipe was with carrots, but as in England you can only get pumpkins x Halloween (I find that strange!) we tried it with pumpkin and it worked a treat, some garlic & onions, grated ginger, with coconut milk which makes it a special flavour. The original recipe is here we just used pumpkin instead!
