- I enjoyed choosing an old photo for this February Lynn Grieveson Designer Challenge.
Journaling Reads:
"I wish I knew what my Mom (Jean Geesey on the right) and my Aunt Sibby (Sylvia Barley) are saying to each other in this photo. These sisters-in-law were most likely chatting about their husbands and kids who were off swiming in the lake, while they relaxed. I love how stylish they are in their Seventies swim wear. I remember fondly those Summers we spent at the hunting camp in the Pocono Mountains of Potter County, PA. where my Grandfather was a member. I was always with my cousins swiming and playing. We all got to choose our own bunk beds and our parents would stay up late into the night talking and playing card games. Aunt Sibby loved to do my sister’s and my hair because she only had boys."
