JOURNALING: Shoes. We take our shoes off at the door (or more like the mud room at the entrance from the garage.) We keep all our shoes in the garage on shelves, but there always seems to be a pile here in the mudroom. Jeremy asked me what the heck I was doing taking pictures of our shoes!? I explained that I thought it was so randomly cool that it was each of our sneakers! I also said that while it drives him crazy now- there will come a time when we miss this pile of shoes by the door! He just laughed at me & said it will make a good scrapbook page! He's right! Even Lucy had to come investigate to see why I was laying down on the floor! For now- I will still yell at my kids to put their shoes away. But I know the day will be here sooner than later. They will be grown & gone. It will just be my honey & me yelling at each other to put our shoes away!
