i hope these help you, hormones can be a nightmare and really screw things up but even still, time restricted eating has been helpful to me, (as long as resistance training is in the mix a few times a week and you can manage the sleep schedules too, and i think i recognise this authors name from youtube and i think she is one of the science-backed ones - there are so many 'experts' that it can be hard to figure out what and who's advice to take so good luck and loove the page with the layered frames and multicoloured labels too)
@bellbird RIGHT! It is a big puzzle to put together for sure. I'm just tired of living with all the crazy stuff my body is doing and want to see if I can manage it a bit better.
