Just behind the entrance way were two kennels, there were puppies to see. A litter of larger dogs and a litter of small black and tan balls of fur. Oh how cute, but we were looking for an adult dog. All the other dogs just didn't speak to us. So we asked about the little Schnauzer mix. It wasn't available, it was only housed there during the holidays. Too bad, what now? After a short consideration we let the puppies be shown to us. What used to be scurrying around now lay in a heap and slept soundly. “They are tired, they were out.” We wanted to see the smaller puppies. The nurse walked in, woke the gang up and a few started running back and forth. One of the black puppies ran to us, that's when it happened. We would like to see it closer.
