@scrapsandsass Yeah, I'm actually not a fan of the pumpkin spice, but we are pumpkin lovers, as to cooking meals with it...is available all through winter in South America, here in the UK? only more recently, maybe the past 10 years, you can buy a proper pumpkin in October, but the very least week, people use them for carving in Halloween.... and is not very good quality. You can get butternut squash here in winter, which kinda does it for some meals, but one preserve/jam kind of thing I make in Brazil is pumpkin with coconut, can't be done with butternut squash... and the savoury meals... is not the same I used too make a north east Brazil dish that cooks prawns in coconut sauce inside the pumpkin, is delightful, but with the pumpkins I git these past couple if years didn't come out very good....anyway, thanks so much for your kind words, have I said how happy I am to see you back?
