In a bid to make Christmas as little about preparation and as much about family as possible, we used to drive to the Alps and stay at a resort where our days would literally consist of skiing, eating, drinking, talking and sleeping. Now that we live in Indonesia, Christmas skiing is out of the question – not because there is no snow here, although that too, but because traveling is all but impossible these days, so for the second year in a row we are staying home. I created this layout as a mental reminder to myself that it IS the season to be jolly. I couldn’t resist these totally realistic-looking devices and just had to play with them.
ha ha.. Having completed the layout I realised that if added a couple more photos, this would have been the perfect 'currently' page for the photography challenge this month but... I'll just have to come up with something else...
This is so fun and so creative!! I keep looking and seeing more great stuff! I love the scattered journaling and arrows, great layering, and fantastic title work!
