I love this photo. Kind of bittersweet (he was such a young thing and it hasn't been a straightforward path from there to here) ;-) plus the combo of ADHD and screens means he struggles to sit and read a book anymore, which frustrates him.

I am really starting to see how screens have affected me. I am trying to be more intentional about turning them off and just reading, but it is very hard.
