JOURNALING: We decided to try this new-to-us restaurant for lunch. Although their specialty is "eggs" none of us had any egg dishes. Karon tried their signature "Loaded Potato Chunks". My mother had a cup of chunky tomato soup and Karon took the half "BLT" that came with it. I tried another of their specialties: "Rocky Top Toast" which was French toast topped with granola and slivered almonds and served with fresh fruit bowl. 10/27/16
