AHHHH I thought so! LOL.. you are after my own heart Justine! Love your page here of the Scott Monument. I loved taking photos this last trip. I did tell hubby I did not want to go up to the top. Did you? There was a cute little pop up Irish pub on the other side of the monument down a bit past the park... we stopped there. also another statue of Livingstone and there was a seagull on his head, but I loved the Walter Scott Memorial. You can see it from most spots in Edinburgh. I love the perspective here of your photo. This looks like a magazine page. Love this Justine!
hey thanks for the compliments @cfile i started this for your challenge cos i thought architecture would work well with the lack of colour but i ended up liking it better with papers that had too much colour and just went with it in the end so it's just an SOSN page. These are DH's pics, the kids and i met him in London after he'd finished the Scotland part of his work trip but i want them in the trip album anyway- it was snowing (hence white/grey sky) so there was no climbing and looking at this, i can't say i'd want to either!
I stood here too! What a trip, to have people from all over scrapland...we have stood and viewed this very statue! I am just loving your page and the extraction to highlight the way cool archetecture
