Journaling Reads: Even after our horrible experience on Big Thunder, we were determined to get Scarlett to try Splash Mountain. We took our Fast Passes and off we went. As we walked into the queue, she was calm, but as soon as the line went inside she started to cry. Josh picked her up and we just carried her, screaming all the way, onto the ride. I was pretty bummed we got put on our own log and not with the family, but oh well. The ride is cute and totally NOT scary so Scarlett did pretty well. No tears. SCORE! The big drop did scare her, but she just held onto Daddy and took it all in. She was happy when she realized she didn’t get wet and that Mommy & Daddy got splashed more than she did.



Scarlett recognized the final scene of the ride from her iPad game and was all smiles from there!
