@ashleywb Yup! In the summer, it has a working lock system. In the winter, it is the world's largest skating rink. I actually knew people who skated to class when I went to the University of Ottawa! Some years it opens as early as December if it's cold enough. This year I think it was open late January, and closed this weekend due to the warm weather. http://rcs.ncc-ccn.ca
