How cool, Heather!! I never tried Rhubarb I do not think.. I know it is often paired with Strawberries.. I am in awe of you ladies canning! My Mom never did so I never learned.. For me rhubarb is a dessert thing, I love rhubarb pie. This looks delicious and I wonder how you use it? Is it a side dish for barbecue or another dish?
