Rhubarb Relish

How cool, Heather!! I never tried Rhubarb I do not think.. I know it is often paired with Strawberries.. I am in awe of you ladies canning! My Mom never did so I never learned.. My Sister in Law cans all the veggies she is growing, and I think it is a cool process.. love that you wrote down the recipe and the how to's of canning.. this is fabulous.. For me rhubarb is a dessert thing, I love rhubarb pie. This looks delicious and I wonder how you use it? Is it a side dish for barbecue or another dish?

@Annsofie The rhubarb relish goes perfectly with roasted pork dishes as a condiment for the meat. It is so yummy!
